Standard Shipping: RM8
Free Shipping: Orders of RM180 and above
🇲🇾 East Malaysia
Standard Shipping: RM16
Free Shipping: Orders of RM250 and above
🇸🇬 Singapore
Shipping: RM30 for the first item + RM5 for each additional item
Free Shipping: Orders of RM400 and above

2. FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
Free shipping eligibility is based on the final merchandise total after all applicable discounts, vouchers and promotions, excluding shipping fees.
If an order is adjusted, partially cancelled or otherwise reduced below the applicable free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fee may be charged.

3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or local public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods, promotions, launches or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.
West Malaysia - Approximately 2–4 working days
East Malaysia - Approximately 3–7 working days
Singapore - Approximately 3–7 working days

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address, postcode and contact number are correct before completing your order.
Waura Apparel is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels caused by:

7. SINGAPORE ORDERS
For Singapore orders, shipping is charged at RM30 for the first item + RM5 for each additional item, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Waura Apparel does not guarantee that international shipments will be free from customs-related delays.

8. MULTIPLE ORDERS
Shipping charges are calculated separately for each order.
Orders placed separately may be processed and shipped separately. Waura Apparel does not guarantee that multiple orders will be combined into a single shipment.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact Waura Apparel as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number and relevant photos or evidence.
Waura Apparel may assist with communication or claims with the courier where applicable.
Any resolution will depend on the courier’s investigation and applicable shipping terms.
